We have a friendly and welcoming Adult Dance Community at Amy Bastin Dance. Our dance classes offer a perfect opportunity to improve fitness, build confidence or make friendships.
Adult Tap - Monday 7.45-8.30pm - suitable for all abilities, beginners and improver tappers welcome.
Adult Contemporary - Monday 8.45-9.30pm - suitable for all abilities, beginners and experienced dancers welcome. This class will involve some optional floor work elements.
Adult Ballet - Wednesdays 8.15-9pm - This class is best designed for those with some previous ballet experience either as a child or adult looking to reignite their passion or work on technique. All abilities are welcomed - whilst some ballet experience is helpful for this class if you want to share in the joy of learning ballet for the first time, it's never too late. Everyone is welcome, we just want to share our love of ballet!
Adult Pointe/ Demi-pointe work - Wednesday 9-9.15pm - an add on class for our adult ballet class who wish to work on their pointe or demi-pointe work. (£3.00 add on)
Our adult dance classes are £10.80 per 45 min session, available in termly blocks. Adult class discount: A 10% discount will be applied to those booking onto 2 or more adult classes per week; pointe added on is excluded from the 10% discount.
